Dell’Arte Box Office Policies –

General Seating.  All seating is general admission. There is no assigned seating. First come, first serve.

Children. Children’s tickets are for age 12 and younger.  Children under 5 years of age are not admitted unless otherwise noted at box office, in our PR, and marketing.

Senior Discounts. Senior Citizen Tickets are for ages 65+.

Box Office Hours. Box Office opens approximately 1 hour before the show begins.  Online and phone reservations must be made before 5pm.

Ticket Prices. Shows with fixed ticket prices require paid reservations—online, on the phone with a credit card, or at our box office with a credit card or cash. Unpaid reservations cannot be made if there is a fixed ticket price.  Pay-What-You-Can performances require reservations—online, on the phone, or at our box office. Unpaid or Paid reservations can be made for these performances.

Unpaid Reservations. Unpaid reserved tickets will be released at ten minutes before show time.  If you are called and not present, your unpaid reserved ticket will be released.

Waitlists. If a show is sold out, we will begin a waitlist at the box office beginning an hour before the show. The waitlist tickets will begin to be released at 10 minutes before the show. If your name is called and you are not present, the ticket will be released to the next patron.

Late Seating. Seating after house has closed is solely at the discretion of management.  A purchased or reserved ticket once the show has started does not guarantee admission. You may be asked to wait until a suitable moment in the show to seat latecomers.

Refunds/Exchanges.  All ticket sales are final.  We do not offer refunds on unused tickets, but if you cannot attend a performance that you have purchased tickets for, please call our box office to exchange the ticket for another show within the same price class.  All exchanges must be done within 24 hours of the performance.

Accessibility.  All performances are accessible to those who use wheelchairs. For more information, please call our box office (707) 668-5663 ext. 5.

Show Cancellation. If a show is cancelled for any reason prior to the show or during, ticket holders will be entitled to attend another performance within the same price class.  Retain your ticket stubs or reservation receipt and contact the Box Office as soon as possible (and no longer than one week) to reschedule.

Outdoor Shows—What if it Rains? Our shows are rarely cancelled due to weather conditions.  Please arrive for the scheduled performance and dress accordingly.  Patrons who choose not to attend a performance that goes on despite weather conditions will not be eligible for ticket refunds or credit.
