Dell'Arte International Ticket Policies & Procedures

21-22 SEASON TICKET POLICY

As we return to live performances, and with health and safety for all at the forefront of operations, Dell’Arte is introducing changes to ticket policies as part of ongoing health and safety accommodations at Dell’Arte. 

TICKET CREDIT

All ticket sales are final. 

To Request a Ticket Credit: 

  • Email info@dellarte.com 2 hours prior to the performance or leave a message at (707) 668-5663 with your name, phone number and performance date of ticket. 
  • Requests can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled performance or event and cannot be arranged after a performance.
  • If approved, the face value of the ticket will be placed as a credit card on your Dell'Arte Account for future use. 

Important: Ticket Credits on your Dell'Arte Account expire on August 31, 2022. Any funds remaining after August 31, 2022, will automatically be transferred to Dell'Arte as a tax-deductible donation. We encourage you to use any Ticket Credits before the expiration date.

TICKET EXCHANGE

If you are unable to attend a scheduled performance or event, you can request a Ticket Exchange. 

To Request a Ticket Exchange: 

  • Email info@dellarte.com 2 hours prior to the performance or leave a message at (707) 668-5663 with your name, phone number and performance date of ticket. 
  • Requests can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled performance or event and cannot be arranged after a performance.
  • If approved, the face value of the ticket will be placed as a credit card on your Dell'Arte Account for future use. 
  • Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production only.
  • Exchanged tickets are subject to new ticket availability and may include a price increase based on the date of the new performance or date of exchange. Additional restrictions may also apply.
  • If an exchange is not possible, you may request a Ticket Credit on your Dell'Arte Account.

Important: Ticket Credits on your Dell'Arte account expire on August 31, 2022. Any funds remaining after August 31, 2022, will automatically be transferred to The Public Theater as a tax-deductible donation. We encourage you to use any Ticket Credits before the expiration date.

TICKET RETURN & DONATION

If you cannot attend a scheduled performance or event, you can request a Ticket Return & Donation. Your ticket will be released back into the ticket system, and the ticket's face value will be donated to Dell'Arte.  

To Request a Ticket Return & Donation:

  • Call Dell'Arte at (707) 668-5663 and leave a message with your name, phone number and performance date of ticket.
  • Requests can be made up to 2-hours before the scheduled performance or event and cannot be arranged after a performance.
  • An email confirmation will be sent initially confirming the ticket return and donation to Dell'Arte.
  • For all contributions over $25, a tax deduction receipt will be sent by email within two weeks of the request. 

TICKET PAST DATE

If you missed your scheduled performance or event and you were unable to use your ticket for any reason, did not exchange it before a performance, receive a ticket credit, or return and donate it, you may be able to use the ticket for a subsequent performance of the same show as a Past Date. 

To Request a Past Date:

  • Call Dell'Arte at (707) 668-5663 and leave a message with your name, phone number and performance date of ticket.
  • If there is space available, we will issue a complimentary ticket pass against your original paid ticket.
