The number one barrier preventing students from making the leap to The Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theatre is the lack of funds. Your contribution to the Dell’Arte Scholarship Fund supports students who carry costs of $25,000 a year in tuition and living expenses.

The Dell’Arte Scholarship Fund supports these scholarships: Carlo Mazzone-Clementi Scholarship for international students, The African Fellowship for Zimbabwean students, The Jane Hill Fund to increase diversity amongst students, Dell’Arte International’s Scholarship for Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Justice awarded to U.S. artists of color; and three partial scholarships for “Emerging Artists”, artists “From the Field”, and artists “For the Future”. Dell’Arte provides matching funds for these three national and international scholarships: Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF) Summer Intensive Scholarship, KCACTF / Dell’Arte Partnership, and the Calgary Animated Objects Society Scholarship.

We need your help in building the world’s next generation of actor-creators.

“I am much more comfortable living in the unknown. I have found that ‘knowing’ is not advantageous, especially in terms of constructing a piece. I am much more confident and joyous in my play. I am more capable of listening with my whole self.”2017 PTP Graduate

“I think this place introduces one to a state of mind. It is a place for people who are willing to go into a deep research of the world, the work, and themselves for three years. It is not easy. It is fun, intense, but not easy. So I would recommend it to people who love to create, challenge, be challenged, and who want to create in ensemble. I would not recommend it to anyone who wants something less than that.”2017 MFA Graduate
