23-24 SEASON TICKET POLICY

We are thrilled to be producing shows with the company and with students, as well as presenting touring works and concerts. For a listing of shows currently on sale, visit our On Stage page.

Purchasing Tickets 

Tickets for the Baduwa't Festival are typically available online until the day before the performance. Any remaining tickets can be purchased on the day of the performance between 9am-5pm by calling 707-668-5663. The Box Office will also open an hour before each performance for in-person sales.

Late Policy 

Tickets Holders who arrive late to the performance by ten or more minutes, will forfeit their tickets with no refunds and no questions.  Our policy is out of respect of other ticket holders and performers who are in the theatre on time of the show.

For example, if a show starts at 8:00pm, Dell'Arte will open the box office at 7:00pm and close their doors approximately 8:15pm.

All ticket sales are final. 

TICKET EXCHANGE

If you are unable to attend a scheduled performance or event, you can request a Ticket Exchange. 

To Request a Ticket Exchange: 

  • Email info@dellarte.com 2 hours prior to the performance or leave a message at (707) 668-5663 with your name, phone number and performance date of ticket. 
  • Requests can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled performance or event and cannot be arranged after a performance.
  • Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production only.
  • Exchanged tickets are subject to new ticket availability and may include a price increase based on the date of exchange. Additional restrictions may also apply.

TICKET DONATION

If you cannot attend a scheduled performance or event, you can request a Donation. Your ticket will be released back into the ticket system, and the ticket's face value will be donated to Dell'Arte.  

To Request a Ticket  Donation:

  • Call Dell'Arte at (707) 668-5663 and leave a message with your name, phone number and performance date of ticket.
  • Requests can be made up to 2-hours before the scheduled performance or event and cannot be arranged after a performance.
  • An email confirmation will be sent initially confirming the ticket return and donation to Dell'Arte.
  • For all contributions over $25, a tax deduction receipt will be sent by email within two weeks of the request.
