Housing Security Deposit

For Dell’Arte Students, Summer 2024

All students need to pay this security deposit to Dell’Arte when submitting the fee for securing your housing at Cal Poly Humboldt.  CPH is located in nearby Arcata, with main offices at: 1 Harpst St, Arcata, CA 95521.  

If you need to cancel your housing, and do so three weeks before your Intensive begins, you will receive this deposit back plus a refund of the prepaid rent for your room. 

Cancellations occurring less than three weeks in advance of the first day of class will result in total forfeit of this deposit.  

If your housing moves forward as planned and there are no issues or damages to the property, you will be refunded your deposit. Deposits will be directly refunded to the credit card used for payment. All refunds will be sent by mid-August.
